Neil the Seal Rampage is a free 3-lane arcade runner for iOS and Android. It is inspired by Neil, the enormous elephant seal who flopped his way to fame as a Tasmanian internet icon. You play as the chunky menace himself, flopping down a coastal road, hoovering up fish, flattening street furniture and dodging the rangers on your way to going viral.
