Terms of Use
Neil doesn't read the fine print and neither will you. Here it is anyway, kept short and mostly in English.
Effective 8 July 2026 · Applies to the Neil the Seal Rampage app for iOS and Android

The short version
Neil the Seal Rampage is a free arcade game made by Lucas Howlett (“we”, “us”). By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine — just delete the app and we part as friends.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, cheat, tamper with the game or the leaderboard, or use it for anything unlawful. The game, its art, code, sounds and Neil himself stay ours.
In-app purchases
Skins and Fish Bucks can be bought with real money through Apple's App Store or Google Play. All payments are handled by the store — we never see your card details. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and may change over time.
Purchases restore across your devices via your store account. Tap Restore Purchasesin the shop if something is missing. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us — but if a purchase misfired, email us and we'll help sort it out.
Fish Bucks & virtual items
Fish Bucks, skins and upgrades are virtual items with no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts or devices except as the store allows, and they don't expire while the game runs. If we ever retire the game or a feature, any remaining virtual items simply stop working, and we're not obliged to refund unused ones (beyond your legal rights below).
Leaderboard conduct
Posting a score is optional. If you do, keep your nickname clean — no impersonation, hate speech, real personal details (yours or anyone else's) or anything you wouldn't want broadcast to every player. We can remove any entry or nickname that breaks these rules, and we don't owe you an explanation for a genuinely offside one. See the Privacy Policy for what the leaderboard stores.
The game is provided “as is”
We work hard to keep Neil rampaging smoothly, but the game is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or available forever, and we may update, change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us (if anything) in the past twelve months. Nothing here excludes rights you have under mandatory consumer law — in Australia, the game comes with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Lawthat can't be excluded.
Apple & Google
The App Store and Google Play have their own terms that also apply to your download. If these terms ever conflict with a store's rules for that store's version of the app, the store's rules win for that copy. Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or for support — that's us.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page updates first and the date at the top moves. Meaningful changes will also show up in the app's release notes. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and any dispute belongs to the courts there — fittingly, the same island the real Neil calls home.
