The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to lucas@lucashowlett.com and we usually reply within a couple of days. Telling us your device model and iOS/Android version helps us help you faster.

Restore a purchase

Reinstalled the app or switched phones and your skins or Fish Bucks are missing? Open the Shop, scroll to the bottom and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought them with. Still stuck? Email us and we'll dig into it.

Refunds

All payments go through Apple's App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled by them under their policies — we never see your card details and can't issue a refund directly. If a purchase went wrong, email us anyway and we'll point you the right way (and help however we can).

Remove a leaderboard entry

Want your nickname and score taken off the leaderboard? Email us the nickname you used and we'll remove it. There's more detail on what the leaderboard stores in the Privacy Policy.

Report a bug or crash

The more you can tell us, the faster we can fix it:

  • your device model and iOS/Android version,
  • what you were doing when it happened,
  • whether it happens every time, and
  • a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.

Lost progress

Game progress, high scores, Fish Bucks and upgrades live on your device, so deleting the app clears them and they can't be recovered. Purchased skins and Fish Bucks bundles can be brought back with Restore Purchases (see above).
